Consumer Guidelines

Consumers are encouraged to carefully review products and seller details before making a purchase.

Any product-related queries, issues, or disputes must be addressed directly with the merchant. Micommerce acts solely as a platform provider and does not intervene in such matters.

Consumers must follow the payment instructions provided on the platform to ensure a secure transaction

Refunds, Cancellation, and Termination

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after a transaction, regardless of the reason.

To stop payments for services through Micommerce, users must discontinue use of the platform.

Micommerce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any merchant account or store that violates our terms, at our sole discretion.

If a subscription or service is canceled, we will inform the relevant party promptly. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in a timely manner.

Transactions

Micommerce reserves the right to cancel any service or subscription at our discretion.

In such cases, we will promptly notify the affected user and proceed with any applicable refund procedures.
